Reeder's Take

   RB DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart are active tonight, as expected.

   The inactives are FS Charles Godfrey, FB Brad Hoover, DE Charles Johnson, RB Mike Goodson, G Duke Robinson, WR Kenny Moore and DE Hilee Taylor. A.J. Feeley is the third quarterback. As previously reported, that means Charly Martin (who will wear No. 83) is active and is likely to return kickoffs and be the fourth receiver for the Panthers tonight.

   For Miami, the inactives are TE Anthony Fasano, LB Erik Walden, T Andrew Gardner, DE Lionel Dotson, OT Lydon Murtha, DT Pauyl Soliai and RB Nate Ness. Tyler Thigpen is the third quarterback.
