   Soon-to-be free agent DE Julius Peppers will talk about his contractual situation with the Carolina Panthers as well as events that have transpired over the past two years in a radio interview Tuesday morning.

   The interview will be aired at 7 a.m. on WFNZ (610-AM) in Charlotte as part of the “Mac Attack” program.

   In terms of the contract situation with the Panthers, sources close to the situation said there have been no new contract talks since Peppers’ agent Carl Carey came out and said he expects Peppers to walk in free agency.

   The Panthers have from Feb. 11-25 to use the franchise tag on Peppers to keep him around. If they don’t he’ll become an unrestricted free agent on March 5.
