Panthers TE King signs tender with Panthers

   That makes three.

   Panthers TE Jeff King became the third player to sign his tender on Friday, according to his agent Rick Smith. In so doing King will make $1.759 million this season. Previously, QB Matt Moore and DT Tank Tyler signed their tenders with the team.

   That leaves CBs Richard Marshall and C.J. Wilson, LBs Thomas Davis and James Anderson and DT Louis Leonard as the only players who haven’t signed their tenders. The RFAs have until June 15 to sign the tender. Some of them, like Marshall, may opt to wait until the last day so as to avoid having to participate in the team’s rookie minicamp in early May and the OTAs in June.
