Jenkins: Some people told me they have my guts

  DT Kris Jenkins was back in Carolina and so was his outspoken personality.

   “Jenks,” as his teammates used to call him, was asked about his return to Carolina, in which he was booed loudly after making a tackle on RB DeAngelo Williams on the game’s first play from scrimmage.

   ”There’s a lot of mixed emotions,” Jenkins said. “Some people told me they missed me. Some people told me they wish I was back. Some people told me they hate my guts.”

   Jenkins spent seven seasons with the Panthers before requesting — and eventually being granted — a trade in 2008.
