Moore returns to practice “full,” will start Sunday vs. Bucs

   Barring an unforeseen setback, QB Matt Moore will start Sunday against Tampa Bay, according to coach John Fox.

   “I think that’s fair to say,” Fox said.

   Moore practiced “full” on Thursday, so he should be fine.

   In other injury news, DT Louis Leonard (elbow), WR Charly Martin (hamstring) and OT Jeff Otah (knee) were held out of practice. That’s a new injury for Martin.

   Limited on Thursday were DE Tyler Brayton (ankle), WR Brandon LaFell (hamstring), RB Tyrell Sutton (shoulder), LB Jordan Senn (ankle) and CB Chris Gamble (ankle). Gamble’s injury is new.
